Same layout and behaviour for posts in the Feed and on separate pages.

Fixed new lines in meta descriptions and titles for posts' pages.

The "Delete post" handler now returns 204 HTTP code on success instead of 200. Also slightly updated its' code...

Fixed the possibility to delete the post that has already been deleted (this could refresh the respective timestamp).

Fixed post's author name was displayed in the page title if the post got hidden or deleted, or if the author's account got banned. This also fixes the absence of any title for the pages that never existed.

Various optimisations and UI fixes related to posts, posting and the Feed.

Slightly optimised the "Lock/Unlock comments" handler.
