Added a new method: game.post.achievements.data (will only be updated in API 2.x)

Fixed responses to game.post.protection.init requests were returning debug info & incorrect JSON in some cases.

Updated the way server checks for an existence & validity of the leaderboards file while using the game.post.leaderboards.data method.
